JJ Knapp's has used, for over 30 years, locally sourced meat for our own special blend of ground beef and house-smoked bacon from Richmond Meat Packers. We still hand patty (although they have offered to do it for us!) our burgers daily, to bring a fresh, delicious experience to you.
